Development Information

This was a small site I built for the Division of Performing Arts (DPA) for The University of Iowa. In addition to building the site's design, I created a custom application form in php for students to apply for the certificate. This form (screenshot here) included the following features:

 

• Implemented reCaptcha for spam protection.
• Error detection: the form would helpfully list forgotten fields.
• A successfully sent form would email the DPA an easy-to-read HTML table with all of the data values.
