I worked on this site during the spring of 2008. Our client (ECGPS) originally needed a slight facelift for their aging design. I originally constructed a site that emulated their old three-column look, but had much cleaner HTML and was easily updateable. However, we scrapped this design and decided to move forward in a new direction.
